● Pull & Break:  Pull out approximately 40-50 cm (16-20 inches) of floss from the dispenser. Use the built-in cutter to break the strand cleanly.

● Wrap & Secure: Wind most of the floss around the middle finger of one hand. Wind the remaining length around the same finger of the other hand, leaving about 3-5 cm (1-2 inches) of taut floss between your fingers.

● Guide & Glide: Hold the floss tightly between your thumbs and index fingers. Gently guide it between your teeth using a slow, back-and-forth sawing motion. Avoid snapping it forcefully onto your gums.

● Clean & Curve: Once the floss passes through the contact point, curve it into a "C" shape against the side of one tooth. Gently slide it up and down, moving beneath the gumline. Repeat this motion for the adjacent tooth.

● Move & Discard: As you move to the next set of teeth, unroll a fresh section of floss from one finger and wind the used section onto the other. This ensures you use a clean segment each time. Discard the floss after use.
