Take the line:01
Cut dental floss approximately 30-45cm long (about the length of the forearm), wrap both ends around the middle fingers of the left and right hands, leaving a cleaning section of 5-10cm in the middle.
Fixed and Sliding:
Pinch the dental floss tightly with your thumb and index finger to form a tight section of about 1-2cm.
Gently slide the dental floss into the gaps between your teeth, avoiding forcefully pressing down on your gums (gently shake left and right to help enter). -

Close one side of the tooth tightly, forming a "C" shape to wrap around the tooth surface, and scrape up and down 2-3 times to remove dental plaque.
